糖尿病前期是甚麼?

糖尿病前期是指您的血糖水平較高,但不足以確診為糖尿病。長期患有糖尿病前期會使您罹患糖尿病的風險增加。

您可以通過增加體能活動、減輕體重和高纖飲食來逆轉糖尿病前期,甚至是延緩二型糖尿病的發病。切記遵從您醫生的建議。
