From Glucolife to the new Aktivo® app FAQs
1. Till when can I use the Glucolife app?
You can continue to use the Glucolife app until September 30, 2021. After September 30, 2021, you may download the Aktivo® app to enjoy a brand-new health journey which includes all your favourite features from Glucolife, plus a new dashboard and much more! Details on how to download the Aktivo® app will be sent to you before September 30, 2021.
2. How do I start to use the Aktivo® app?
The Aktivo® app will be available for download on October 1, 2021. You will receive an email notification with direct download link to the Aktivo® app before September 30, 2021.
3. What is the difference between the Glucolife and the Aktivo® app?
The Aktivo® app will come with a new design for a more seamless and user-friendly experience. The Aktivo® app will have all the features currently available in Glucolife and more. Using the Aktivo® app you will be able to check your Aktivo Score®, log your Fibre Score, track your physiological markers and take part in challenges. There will also be some new features like the Aktivo Rise game, which is an exciting single-player contest that rewards you for leading a healthier lifestyle!
4. Will I be charged to use the Aktivo® app?
No, Aktivo® is a free app. There is no cost to check your Aktivo Score® and access the basic features of app such as Fibre Score, challenges, Aktivo Rise game and so on. However, to make the most of Aktivo®, you may explore a subscription and the extra features we offer.
5. What happens to my account information and data in the Glucolife app?
To ensure you enjoy a seamless transition, your account information and data on the Glucolife app will be transferred to the Aktivo® after you have signed up for Aktivo® app. Please rest assured that Sun Life Hong Kong will not have access to or retain any of your Glucolife data.
